Come and join Clyde - our head cheese-maker for a personal tour experience this month. An educational tour of the creamery and how we make our amazing award winning artisan cheese. Clyde will tell you all about our new awards, show you the aging caves and explain how our wash rind cheese is created. Make sure to bring all your technical questions on this tour.

After the tour you will have an opportunity to taste and sample all our delicious cheese with experienced staff who can assist you in combining with local jams, breads and meats and amazing local wines specially selected from the Bench and NOTL
