Welcoming Stick Shift Robata known for its fire-grilled skewers, including a variety of meats and seafood, all cooked over binchotan charcoal. This method of cooking imparts a deep, smoky flavour to the food, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Street Corn with a roasted garlic aioli, shichmi, NIAGARA GOLD, chive,

GRILLED GUERNSEY GIRL - roasted tomato, yuzu vinaigrette

WAGYU Skirt Steak, yakitori, toasted sesame chive

Chicken thigh - koji salt, yakitori

Miso Salmon - sweet miso, rice pearls

Pork Belly - yakitori, yuzu kosho

WAGYU BRISKET SANDO - pickled green strawberry, truffle aioli , with JORDAN STATION
