175 GramsA great introduction to goat cheese for the less adventurous. This washed-rind cheese is grassy with notes of straw and hay, mouthwatering umami and subtle saltiness. Inside it's creamy and bouncy and melts beautifully. Would enhance recipes that call for gouda or edam cheeses. Each round is carefully turned, washed with brine twice a week and aged for a minimum of 6 weeks.
