Our menu takes familiar favourites and gives them a distinctly Upper Canada spin: Guernsey curd poutine , Wagyu burgers, slow-cooked brisket melts - crispy haddock tacos with house-made pico and tartar, seasonal grilled cheese, Niagara Gold mac & cheese, and unexpected creations inspired by the flavours of Niagara.
