Nanny Noire

This  Camembert - style goat cheese with vegetable ash and a bloomy rind is rich in aromas of mushroom, forest floor, nuts and just a hit of goat cream.  Aged for four weeks, the flavor of its creamy but firm white interior is subtle and complex wit notes of button mushroom, hazelnut.  It has a nippy, tangy and lingering finish.
