This goat Camembert is rolled in vegetable ash and allowed to develop its bloomy rind in our soft cheese cellars. Nanny is aged in two environmentally distinct cellars: in the first to develop its white fluffy exterior and in the second to complete its flavour and paste evolution.
TASTING NOTES:
This luscious cheese is delicately mild and sweet when young and gains pungency and piquant qualities with age. The rind may be eaten or trimmed depending on your taste.
